Calendars, contacts, shared address lists, tasks and notes help the team stay coordinated.
MAPI/HTTP, AutoDiscover and EWS for Outlook, Exchange ActiveSync for mobile, plus IMAP, POP3, SMTP, CalDAV and CardDAV for every other client.
Shared files and online office tools are not bundled into every mailbox. They can be introduced as a managed additional service from 50 mailboxes.
Protection built in
Professional communication needs reliable protection in transit and practical controls when messages must be retained.
Encrypted email archive with configurable retention, search, legal hold and an audit trail for archive activity. The archive is currently in operational validation.
TLS and HTTPS protect communications in transit. Webmail supports S/MIME certificates for message signing and encryption. Silurian antispam protection, Rspamd and ClamAV actively filter spam and malware before it reaches the mailbox.
Standard, portable connections
MAPI/HTTP, AutoDiscover, EWS, Exchange ActiveSync, IMAP, POP3, SMTP, CalDAV and CardDAV are available from the first sign-in. Apple Mail, Thunderbird, eM Client, iOS and Android work without a special Silurian app.
Before you choose
Yes. Both plans use the same platform, so an upgrade changes the service limits without moving the mailbox or changing its connection settings.
Each included Pro mailbox starts with 25 GB. The package also has a total organisation capacity: 125 GB in Pro 5 and 250 GB in Pro 10. An authorised administrator can redistribute that capacity between mailboxes from Workspace.
Yes. Extra Storage 100 adds 100 GB to the organisation capacity for EUR 12.00 net per year. The administrator then assigns it to the users who need it.
Yes. Basic can be purchased for an external domain, and Pro supports external domains after DNS review. You keep the registration with its current provider and publish the mail records supplied by Silurian.
Yes. Daily backups are included as part of the managed service.
No email provider can guarantee that. Silurian manages authentication, filtering and reputation controls, while each recipient provider independently decides whether to accept, delay or classify a message.
Silurian reviews the domain, DNS path and mail-security checks before activating the service. You can follow the order from Workspace, and the mailbox is not presented as active until delivery checks are complete.
